There, we will engage in a beautiful guided meditation and an energy healing session with Alana, designed to support clearing negativity, stored emotions, or trauma that is ready to be released from the mind, body, and soul.
During the core energy healing, the practitioner channels the natural elements’ energies, laying hands or hovering above the body, transferring universal life force. As this energy flows, blockages are gently released, and the body’s natural ability to heal is activated.
